2. Custom Orders and Specifications

All Award Tanks are custom-built to the specifications, dimensions, and clearance profiles agreed upon during the quoting process. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all measurements and vehicle constraints provided are accurate before fabrication begins.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are valid for a specified period from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change if the scope of work or material costs significantly alter prior to order confirmation.

4. Fabrication and Lead Times

Estimated lead times for custom fabrication will be provided upon order confirmation. While we strive to meet all deadlines, lead times are estimates and may vary based on material availability and workshop capacity.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our custom-made tanks, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind. If a tank fails to meet the agreed-upon specifications due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately to arrange an inspection and resolution.
